| Offers intimate knowledge of the privileges and licenses required in Thailand and has successfully obtained BOI and other privileges for a large number of clients. Legal and Secretarial Services identifies and implements a suitable application strategy and assists in the negotiation and administrative processes required with the relevant authorities. |

| The team performs ongoing secretarial services that are required, including updating company records, adjusting the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, dealing with the appointment or removal of Directors and maintaining minutes of Board of Directors Resolutions and of Shareholders’ Meetings. |
