The Accounting and Systems Improvement team offers expertise in helping principally international companies operate in Thailand, to manage accounting issues and problems and to enhance performance.
This group often works closely with other divisions within The Double Impact Group to ensure that a comprehensive view of the business from a legal and tax, as well as an accounting and systems perspective, is assessed in detail.

| Offers analysis of existing systems and structures, makes recommendations for new systems and additionally manages the process of implementing chosen solutions. |
| Operation System Reviews |
| Performs detailed reviews of either operations systems such as in the areas of inventory control or costing. As part of this process, the suitability of specialized accounting software packages is often assessed. |
| Solutions To Accounting Problems |
| Solves specific accounting problems or assists in case of a breakdown in the accounting system. The team can determine whether the problem is system, personnel, or transaction based and then proposes and implements the most appropriate solution, including, where necessary, staff training. It can re-create historic accounting records, ensuring that the client has a clean set of books going forwards, which is particularly important from a tax perspective. |
| Book-keeping Services |
| Establishes and maintains sets of books for both large and small companies. The service can be customized and typically includes the preparation of monthly tax returns, the preparation of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet on a monthly basis and the preparation of other accounts-based management reports that may be required from time to time. In respect of larger companies, the team has found ways in which it has been able to provide outsourced accounting services in an integrated fashion with in-house staff functions. |
