The Interim Management Services practice provides supplementary management resources and skills on a temporary basis in order to assist clients in a variety of situations including, for example, crisis management, key staff departures, managing periods of corporate transition or change and/or specific project management. In such situations, the requisite management role may be temporary or permanent but difficult or impossible to fill at short notice.

| Provision of Interim Financial Director |
| In certain situations, the practice provides clients with proven resources at executive level to manage and implement key financial functions or specific projects for the Client and who reports directly to the client’s Managing Director. |
| Provision of Interim Chief Accounting Officer |
| In certain situations, the practice provides clients with a Senior Accounting Manager who is then responsible for managing the day to day accounting functions, supervising the accounting staff and reporting to senior management on a day to day basis. Depending on the duration of the assignment, the staff member may be rotated periodically, thereby ensuring that, over time, more than one member of staff is familiar with the business in question. |
