At Double Impact we recognise the importance of developing our employees core skills so as to keep track with the fast moving business environment in which we operate. Our learning and development team is continually devising new training programs designed to support and advance individual performance in line with our overall business strategy.

Upon joining Double Impact all employees are taken through an detailed orientation process led by our Human Resource team. There will also be seminars conducted to introduce our core lines of service, Accounting and Tax led by Tax and Accounting Managers, as well as training in the use of VIZTOPIA, a comprehensive practice management system.

Ongoing training programs include the following:

	Accounting and Tax Training programs designed for Accounting Officers seeking to reach the 27 CPD hours stipulated by the Seminar & Training Institute.
	CPA Courses to prepare auditors for CPA Exams
	Weekly English language sessions for all staff
